How do I make a purchase?

What is your return policy
Items can be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt.
Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment, or as merchandise credit. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered). For return or exchange of swimwear, please make sure they have not been worn and that they are returned in their original package.

How do I return and/or exchange my order
To process a refund or exchange please send an email to: support@geminifreedom.com
Our customer service will provide you with a return address, and a way bill to put on the return package. The return delivery cost is charged to the purchaser. In case of exchange, GEMINI will issue a refund if the price of the exchanged item is less than that of the original item.
